Make the key configurable please

@deleternal You can edit it yourself in the lua script.

i put the crouch.lua in the path that you mentionned but it's not working, i still have the default crouch animation

I use custom character with character swap mod but nothing happens. Vanilla stealth animation is used.

@loginos Does it work without the custom character?

@gti92 Do you have LuaPlugin_ForUsers.asi and scripthookv installed?

What if you could make it to where tapping the stealth key put you into stealth mode, but holding it would make you crouch instead. Kind of like how tapping Y to exit a car in GTA IV would leave the car running, while holding Y would shut off the car.

@Inara72 I'm not aware of a method to see if a button is being held, great idea though.

@gti92 Sorry, It was a mistake on my end a fix should be out soon. Not sure how everyone else was able to use it.

It works now even with custom character+character swap.
Problem is that it disables stealth "status"(as character is crouched but is not in stealth mode).
Do you think it's even possible to have both stealth and crouched at same time? I'm asking because I've tried other crouch mods over the years and none of them has managed to have both at same time.

theres no animation going out of crouch mode which looks kinda crappy

yooo, polish this up by adding an animation going out of crouch mode.. maybe reverse the animation of going into crouch. Think imma reinstall gta v now wooohooo! C#, lua, python here I come

@SupremeRaven This mod works fine however, there seems to be something that is kind of annoying, for some reason the crouch activates when I'm inside a vehicle and press the horn button. I use a controller to play gta 5 and the horn button is the L3 stick, which happens to be the same key that activates the crouch. Obviously you don't see the character crouching inside the vehicle but once you exit the vehicle the character immediately goes into a crouching stance and I have to disengage it every time, same thing happens when I exit an aircraft. I know I can change the activation key for the mod but it would be much more easier if the mod automatically turns off when you enter a vehicle though. It's not a big deal per se but, if you can make that happen that'll be great.
