@CamxxCore Does this fixes "infinite loading" issues not only with this game itself but, latest patches? Mine is the v3586.
@Pluma_1980 This looks nice but what's the potential for this map to conflict with other ones out there? For example, I got " Real California Architecture" installed, would this map conflict with that one?
@TimelordQ I don't know why but for some reason this mod is causing infinite loading. It was working just fine on another previous gaming pc I had with Windows 10 but, I recently purchased another one with Windows 11 and now once I move UFOAbductionsOfRoute68.dll and UFOAbductionsOfRoute68.config to the scripts folder the game just doesn't finish loading, it just keeps loading indefinitely. I tested this 100%, I removed the files and the game finishes loading at around 1 minute and a half but, once I put the files back into scripts the game just doesn't finishes loading, I waited almost 8 minutes, which is ridiculous, and the game never fully loaded. I did the same test three times to confirm it was this mod that was causing the problem.
@spencer112233 There are many slow vehicles in the game but obviously I wasn't gonna give speed boost to every single one of them, specially vehicles that are seldom used. These four ones I gave speed boost to I use 'em sometimes in certain missions. Like I mentioned in the Description page, I may give speed boost to other ones in the future though. What's the actual name of that old tractor you're talking about, the vehicle ID or "spawn" name?
@Cuda440 There's a specific file within the gta 5's archives where you can increase the amount of sharks that spawn ambiently or any other sea life, I did another one like this one with dolphins too. As far as elks, I don't know exactly what you mean they no longer run away, you mean they no longer run away from sharks or the player? I don't know what you mean by that. As far as increasing the amount of cows and pigs that spawn naturally, I would have to do a series of tests to see if that's even possible but, at the moment I'm working on other mods though.
@LePtitKiller I haven't downloaded this mod yet but, I will, I do have a question though, how often these brawls happen? Is there like a fight somewhere going on like every minute or can it be toned down to happen less often?
@Silentm503 How you get all those nice looking customization for this vehicle shown on the video? I tried looking for any of those in simple trainer and it doesn't show anything and the "Benny's Garage" section in simple trainer doesn't show anything either. The only thing I can change in this car is the colors and the wheels and that's about it.
@MNHC Would it be possible to give this mod "Controller Support"? I'm one of those old fashion players that like to play this game with a controller instead of a keyboard. I like the mod a lot and I have installed in my game, the problem is that whenever I want to change the crosshairs I have to use the mouse, which I don't like, I prefer just using my Logitech controller to browse thru the menu.
@nenlee O motivo é exatamente o que está sendo informado na janela de erro: não é possível abrir o arquivo porque ele está corrompido, simples assim.
@FaZerMissions I just tested this out and I must say, it does gives you that nostalgic darken look from GTA IV without compromising too much, specially if you have a graphics mod already installed, like I do. I have VisualV installed, which is a light graphic mod and this doesn't seem to interfere with it that much. This is more like a "shading" script basically.
These are my thoughts on this:
PROS:
1. Doesn't seem to interfere or conflict with graphic mods, at least with "VisualV", in my case.
2. It does tones down the color a bit which works well with vegetation. I've always had an issue with vegetation, like certain trees and hedges being overly colorful and bright, almost cartoonish, which I never liked. I tried many things to minimize the bright cartoonish colorfulness, specifically on hedges, into a much more realistic color tone with the current graphic mod I have and was never really able to tone it down to a realistic look but, with this script some previously overly colorful and bright trees/hedges now look more realistic since the color is toned down a bit.
CONS:
1. This is not much of a big deal but, have to mention it anyways .... Once dusk/night begins to set in, certain props, like whatever happen to be on the side of the road or bridges become a bit too dark and I did hit a couple of these props while driving, like crates, trash cans and crap like, tends to become a bit too dark at night with this mod. Almost, as if, the shadows aren't correct or these props blend too much with their surroundings...idk.....anyways...this isn't necessarily a big deal per se. This is supposed to be a mod that simulates GTA 4 graphics anyways.
Looks good dude, I'll give it a nice 4 stars!
