I had trouble loading game using the more mods/stock traffic option (which usually works for me as I have alot of mods installed) but with a bit of investigation and ruling out, I found for the first time after an update one of my mods was conflicting causing it to crash before game was loaded. So anyone using the captain america script 2.4 mod by stillhere, the capshield part that goes in your dlc packs folder, does not work anymore. Once I removed it off dlclist boom my games fixed and working again.
@projectrealismgames@qproqama5242 You guys are both wrong. config file and dlclist both go into mods/update/update.rpf/common/data folder, if you don't have mods folder then update/update.rpf/common/data. NOT update2.rpf.
Also current config file from this site does work with current version of game 1.0.2699.16
Got steam version working by re-copying new vanilla version of update.rpf into mods folder then putting the current config file from this page in and my modded dlclist which I backed up beforehand
@Nivinha tracey's stuck in the one bikini outfit cannot change it. Have had a look at ydd file in open iv and that works but not in game. Mabe the ymt file is the issue. I've followed all the instructions, but no luck?
Doesn't save when switching characters and then switching back model is back to original. Then game just crashed and crashed my desktop. Have removed mod, too many bugs and no recent updates!

@briancatmaster Hey man, does this not work with https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/gta-5-gameconfig-300-cars#description_tab, or do you have to use other config file with download from here? Cause i've got the 300 cars one and game started freezing on and off at 5 stars and then crashed.

It's working on epic version but not steam as I have both copies and latest updates 1.0.2699.16
