An alternative use of the theme, to create a mod name, is to maybe look at it from the other side (different perspective). Think comic book/super heroes and there are plenty of examples of limited chaos 'weapon' use, for last-ditch stance and suicidal 'last laugh' purposes - so depending on the use (or even the psychotic level of the p.c.) it could easily be a 'last ditch stand' or 'last laugh' weapon and titled to suit along those lines.

In fact, given you can interrogate the mental state in-game, you could even have in-mod two different titles/names, so when you trigger it, you get say a thunder-lightning weather effect (invoking the sense of anger/frustration/desperation/fear as commonly as atmospheric 'impending doom' in horror genre) followed by the actual kamikaze/apocalyptic event.

Or, as a further elaboration, following on, different effect depending on whether triggered or near-death triggered. For triggered (manual), invoke the native for a timed 'invulnerability', so the primary/secondary (depending on range from player) harms/destroys the immediate vicinity and post-timeout destroys the player's health to invoke the automatic 'kamikaze', so you get a double strike/effect, like the p.c. nukes self in an act of attrition for causing such carnage intentionally, but in the process, actually adds to the carnage and invokes more collateral carnage.

Kinda making it more comic-book/pulp-fiction/cinematic in effect/theme. Of course, none of the above is necessary - but a bit of refinement and refined focus/point of purpose would turn a one-native (that's really all it takes to 'nuke' such as the original release used) script into a more purposeful, evolved/focused effort. Not necessary, but it's those kind of attempted efforts to turn a script/mod from a one-trick 'grief' pony into something purposeful and not entirely 'grief' focused (people will see it, typically as a 'grief' mod irrespective of actual intent - because not out of author intent, but due to how some will use the manual triggered adaption as a suicide bomber mod). Never forget, the more an author focuses and adapts such a mod as this, the more people start to focus on what you intended rather than the 'abuse' of it :)
