Open all interiors https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/open-all-interiors
Now open your gta 5 directory where your gta 5 exe is located then open menyoostuff then spooner and plece the xml file in side
Open menyoo to open press F8 two times to open the menu then go to object spooner and saved files and load police Secret my mod and enjoy

does not work, fake!!
That is a good mod... I was just wondering why to have Franklin inside the Weapon Room. The Key does not show in the game like in the video, but I can open the door with EAI I have installed. I just would like to recommend to move the gold tables in the right way facing the " player" since there is other mod I use, to be able to get the gold.
