After installing this all of a sudden civilians are spawning on the policeb (police motorcycle) around the US Route 68/11 and Senora Road area @Cass .
After installing this all of a sudden civilians are spawning on the policeb (police motorcycle) around the US Route 68/11 and Senora Road area @Cass . So I opened up the .oiv and noticed popgroups was a edited file. Last time I used a modified popgroups this same issue happened. Maybe it in there.

@ImNotMentaL I have all the required files needed but everytime i try to buy a car to save it to my 10 car garage it says I have no space, even though its empty.
