Hi again! This time I brought to you a new Vic Vance mod. This time the skin replaces the male multiplayer. The face is extracted from the original Vice City stories.
Please, appreciate the effort and the time for making this mod.

UPDATE 08/31: Completly new head for Vic. Better fitted texture. You have a settings file for the Skin Control mod, for the correct appearance. Don't forget to install that! (The pics showing the VCS original clothes are from the previous version so don't look at the face there)
