USA Neighborhood + New District [Texture + Map Editor]

Hi, i don't know why rockstar game put everywherre the rent sign around the homes of los santos,for me it makes the city empty and i want a ALIVE Los Santos!
So i do this little mod.
I changed the texture rent sign to (beautiful welcome Neighborhood)
And i also added some props (trees, cars...) to make this location more Real
V2:
- Added New District (in the empty zone, now is a beautiful Neighborhood)
- added some little props like , trash bin
- remove all rent sign around this map zone.
BUGS:
- The houses of the second district i made have no light in the night
