Here's an open beach house. It has a great living room, a bathroom, a pool and dart area, a golf simulator, a bar, a kitchen, a dining area, a bedroom and a hot tub.
Also you'll find a nice rocky garden with a fountain, a spot on the beach to hang out, a heli pad and a dock.
To install, just put the XML file in your game directory and load map with editor, or put it in the autoloadmaps folder. You may need to unlock some objects. You can download them here:

ultra detailed without windosw ^^ furthermore, i've tried it, nothing very interesting...
it looks to simple. Try harder :D
@mixtro some houses on tropical islands doesn't have windows? also i think this looks very well build, doesn't look like some peoples buildings just crude blocks on top of blocks that doesn't the game theme.
@mixtro That's the open part. As @juh00 says, It's common with island homes.
