This mod aims to replicate an XM177E. Stock, Handguard and their textures have been made from scratch and optimized.

-CallieKills's shared attachments https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/weapons-addon-components (REQUIRED FOR THE MOD TO WORK CORRECTLY)

-OPENIV
-a copy of GTA V
INSTALLATION:
Use OpenIV to reach: X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data
Activate edit mode, right click on "dlclist.xml" then click on edit and add on the last dlc dlcpacks:/servicecarbine/ then save.
After that drag and drop "servicecarbine" inside X:\Program Files\Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks
SPAWN NAME: WEAPON_SERVICECARBINE

@swaggerkaj huuh, no, upper and lower are from the service rifle, which is an M16, this one is an XM177E, the carbine version of the M16, i made the stock and the handguard from scratch
@William Halverd Nope, the ped is inspired by Mr. Joshua from Lethal Weapon. The pictures aim to recreate some of the scenes in which he uses the rifle.

can remove tint from scope?
You should try to make the muzzle a little longer, but apart from that, this can't get any better
@rhcnxfj13 you have to edit the weaponcomponents.meta and remove the "apply tint" line from the scope data
how to change rate of fire
figured out how to do that but now it crashes my game.
why minus half star for something that doesn't depend by me?
Do you think you can do a replace version of this? I don't like messing with a lot of files so I just prefer replaces
