I was always disturbed that I could not shoot down the far goals. So I decided to strengthen the Homing Launcher.
1) increased the speed of missiles. The archive has different options for rocket speeds.
2) increased missile damage. Now powerful tanks are damaged in 1 or 2 shots.
3) increased the range of detection of the target and range of the flight of the rocket. You can knock down flying aircraft.
Installation:
Launch the OpenIV program
Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\dlc_patch\mpchristmas2\common\data\ai
Replace files
Version 1.2
Even more increased the range of target detection and range of the rocket.
Now, rockets can bring down planes at any height.
Version 1.3
Having tested the characteristics again, I found that I could not bring down planes that fly too high. I once again changed the characteristics, making them similar to fighter missiles. Now the missiles will shoot down the aircraft flying high.

In my demonstration video, missile speed is 5500.000000. The archive has different speed options. Speed 5500.000000 knocks down the planes faster. This mod will not affect the settings of other weapons. Settings in the game are located a separate file.

Hey dude, amazing mod, i wanted to ask you, what specific changes did you do in 1.3 that allowed you to shoot down high flying planes like you said ? I'm trying to ensure missile launching ground vehicles can do the same, but maxing out their lock on range to 9999999.00000 wasn't enough, did you do something more specific ? Thanks
