Why would any one even download this when they can just achieve the same results in their own game. Damn, I didn't know that xml templates with vehicle tuning configuration that anyone can do themselves in less than a minute are now considered mods.

@BuluTss, that was a huge mess of seemingly random words.
There are not a lot of fans of these "mods", plus you've already admitted to taking other peoples work and uploading it as your own, and to top it all off, you just stole and uploaded a mod from one of the Vanillaworks contributors.

Also, downloads don't mean shit, some people just can't help but click every damn thing.
