Also you can change the pitch to allow for a smoother ascend and descend handling settings:

and set the HP Multiplier w/ MENYOO to 375.00 and Torque Mult to 0.04. Now in handling find the thrust value and reduce it to

<fThrust value="1.298000" />

Now after takeoff keep your thrust on full until you reach 200 mph, release the thrust and monitor the horizon on your glidescope. Adjust the planes pitch with the first line on your glad scope to allow for a smooth realistic acceleration and ascend. At 4km above ground stabilize your glide scope and accelerate to 380 mph. After that stabilize your plane to the first line in your glide scope above the horizon and hit the thrust. Now you'll be on a smooth ascend to 12km above sea level at 550-600 mph.
