Your game must be updated to AT LEAST The Chop Shop (mp2023_02) for this mod to work correctly.
1. Navigate to "SP" Folder
2. Put the "gom_gstap1" folder in mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
3. Add this line -> dlcpacks:/gom_gstap1/ to the dlclist.xml (mods\update\update.rpf\common\data)

Spawn name: gstap1
Key Features:
Paintable Body (Cause what car has this shit am I right?)
Broken Liveries (dont work)
Flippers (you'll understand when you drive)
