-textures of the left engine edited since some parts appeared green instead of metal
-removed leftover entries from handling.meta
Here is a famous workhorse of the Allied Forces during World War II. Used to transport cargo and troops, the C-47 gained widespread recognition. Its civilian counterparts, the DC3, is probably also well known.
This mod brings the C-47 as "Skytrain", aka the US version. It features a single livery (albeit it is multi-livery compatible), but has tuning options to display 8 different unit markings and serial numbers.
In addition to pilot and co-pilot, 10 people can sit in the back. Please note that they do not have an entry animation but warp inside (and out).
The doors can be opened and you can climb and walk inside.
Apart from that it features all standard stuff like lights, landing gear, control surfaces, etc...
Installation
1. Place the "c47" folder into [Gamefolder]\update\X64\dlcpacks\
2. With OpenIV, extract [Game folder]\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml and edit this with Notepad++. Add the following entry:
dlcpacks:\c47\
3. Now you are done, you will need a trainer with "spawn by name" function (Enhanced Native Trainer for example) to spawn the vehicle type in:
"c47"

@SkylineGTRFreak So I did something I didn't want to do. I did a full reinstall of GTA and that seemed to fix my issue. It seems there's something conflicting with both the C-47 and the new UH-60 as both were crashing my game. I'll post an update if & when I find the conflicting issue.

@SkylineGTRFreakThank you very much for your work! very cool and high quality! but please add a model with 2K textures, the computer does not support the original model. the game crashes when spawning, the same problem occurred with the original Su 47 model, but installing 2K textures helped.
So. Now we are waiting for a tornado. and there remained: ka 50, su 24, su 25 and tu 160. and now you have collected all the angry Russian pokemons.
hope you'll revive your C97/B377 but in Israeli air force and USAF colours

Ich habe die Maschine ingame, auch die ReadMe befolgt. aber das Game stürzt beim Spawnen ab. Weißt du vielleicht woran es liegt? i mean, ich habe einige Luftfahrzeug mods drauf. Auch meine. Aber da macht das Game keine Probleme. Nur wenn ich die DC3 bzw. C47 Spwane.
having the same issue with a few up above,, i spawned it out a couple days ago to check it out and since then my game has crashed everytime i even hover over it in Menyoo
Before Install mod addon on this : Make sure GTA V Version v2944 or newer, Because v2845 or older not work or crash spawn models
@Evan Nur Muhammad I did doublecheck that and I am on the newest version, only thing I can think of is another mod conflicting and I have to many to figure out which one lol

Game CRASH when Spawning c47 (This plane)
@SkylineGTRFreak. Please fix this spawn crash for this plane. I have so many other of your work that have no problems. This is the only one. IT'S Not everyone's PC. It's your file that has the problem. Please fix so I can add this to my plane collection. thanks
Unfortunately, it crashes all the time when I try to spawn the plane. added heap adjuster and Config v32
The other vehicle mods have no problem tho. Would love to try this out

Only Skyline Mod that doesnt work. Its always crashing in the loading screen after all steps and necessary tools have been installed
