Does anyone have an updated version of this containing the new vehicles from Bottom Dollar Bounties?

@ThatsPella I'm having the same issue as Elaina, with the latest nightly SHVDN. I get the prompt telling me to press B on my gamepad when in cinematic mode, but that just takes me out of cinematic mode
Vanilla RDE is great but this takes it even higher. I don't play without it now
Is it possible for radio wheel changes to be loaded on startup? I have the Media Player removed and saved in the .INI file, but whenever I start the game I have to go into the trainer menu option for the Radio Wheel stuff before my changes are "applied". I don't actually have to change anything as the option is already set correctly.
