If you cannot fix by this, I have no idea how to fix.

@imyluck My modkitid may conflic other mod. You can find "<kitName>502_mm1002_modkit</kitName>", "<id value="502" />" in carcols.meta and "<Item>502_mm1002_modkit</Item>" in carvariations.meta. please change this modkitid value(502) to another value.
If you install other mods, tell me about it. I'll try to check it.

@Sun_Ray It is disable at the default. If you want police siren, you need to edit some file. Please look at "Emergency light and siren sound " section in the readme text.
