Installing the mod right now and downloaded all the requirements already and going to if the anything happens
I removed all scripts and my game is not modded and this is the only mod in the game core files and still crashes
I'm going to remove Enhanced Traffic Laws 4.0 scripts and see what happens
Update.rpf > common > data > handling.meta
The original handling is only 768kbs while your handling is almost 2.400kbs
Replaced again, your handling with the original handling and now the game starts fine
I'm using steam version, I just replaced the handling.meta (I read the README)
