Guys I am having 125 addons I am very happy with this config ,
I was having so many crashes but ,what I did,
Re-installed this game-config along with heap adjuster (750 MB), and pack file limit adjuster, removed these lines from DLC list.xml,
<Item>dlcpacks:/mpheist4/</Item>
<Item>dlcpacks:/patchday24ng/</Item>,
also ,
Interesting part , I don't have a gaming laptop ,
just 8 GB ram and , 2GB VRAM ,
Important : DON'T PUT REPLACES THEY MAKE THE GAME CRASHING,
because replace have so many texture polygons to be loaded in real-time.
Also I only prefer mods(ADDONS) not more than 50mb OF SIZE
@F7YO , I have 126 addon cars and the game is working with your config thanks to you , but there is a problem and I am soo tired of it ,,, after 5 minutes , 10 minutes or even 10-20 seconds of my gameplay ,,, the game crashes without showing any error, PLZ help!!!! , and I appreciate your work BTW,,
I and using 0.1xPeds and 0.1xTraffic config file ,
also using heap adjuster with value 2000,

intel core i5 8th gen (8265u)
8 GB ram
2 GB VRAM (Nvidia Geforce MX250)
512 GB SSD

Finally guys removing the update patch lines from the dlclist worked!!! My game didn't crashed
@F7YO , what should I do to stop this random crashing ? Is the new update respondible for that?
@F7YO , Bro how much heap is sufficient for 8GB RAM?
Also , I haven't touched the popgroups
@F7YO , yes I had 3 replaces earlier where I changed their ferquency values and max num values to 0
