I solved the problem, it was a mod conflict, because I had Benny's mod set up in a way that would unload the online map. Now it's fixed, and both mods work together without problems.
@ImNotMentaL I have a question, if I buy planes/helicopters/boats with this mod, will they be at my hangar/helipad/dock like every other normally purchased vehicle? Or does it work differently? Thanks!
@ImNotMentaL I found a problem. I bought an apartment, and entered the garage in a car. And as soon as I got out of the car, it became invisible! I can call the mechanic to bring me the car, with no problems. And the mod seems to act as if the car is there. But I can't see it, there's no way of getting into the car inside the garage!

Well, it works now! I can enter, the menu shows up, and I can get out and save what I did! And how I fixed it was just by using the keyboard to enter Benny's and navigate through the menu, instead of the joystick. That could be the solution for some of your problems @niazidogar , @Anthonyferr , @OGsnow . And @cloby , I solved the problem !
@cloby I'm using SP Apartment, Premium Deluxe Motorsport and Car Dealership. I don't think they would conflict with Benny's. At first the door wouldn't open, then I changed it so it used the old entrance, but the menu doesn't show.
Did you have to solve this kind of problem with this mod? Any idea of how can I solve it? Thanks!
@cloby Not really, it isn't working for me and lots of other people (in my case, there's no menu at all when I enter the garage, and the camera is stuck inside). It's a shame the author doesn't seem to be working on a solution.
I fixed the door not opening (going back to the old entrance), but I still can't modify any car. The menu doesn't appear. Does someone know how to fix this? Thanks
@OGsnow It doesn't have anything to do with your story line progress. I have finished the game and I'm having the exact same problem, the blip and graffiti are there, but the door won't open. I hope the author see this so he can fix it!
@Guadmaz .. The mod isn't working well. The blip is on the map, graffiti too, but the door won't open (and I have finished the game so it's not that). If I force it open with the XML file, the Modification menu doesn't show, and it just bugs the game. A lot of users seem to be having both of these problems, please fix it!
It's a great mod, shame I couldn't use it yet for these problems!

Now the menu shows, it works! BUT, I can't get out of the garage. I'm gonna try something now, if it works I'll come back and leave a comment!
