@CGTNVC I personally am leaving the general game and its map vanilla, but I think you're able to move props with CodeWalker I haven't tried. Feel free to experiment yourself with that.
@CGTNVC Please see a reply from before "due to technical reasons, the planes are unable to taxi around the runway since they will fall through the floor when the player is far away, causing multiple explosion sounds frequently during gameplay. The Jet's spawn distance value is far greater than that of the taxiway collision, so they have to stick to the runways, which remain solid at a far distance. I made them take off again since it would be pointless to make them stop, as after the first set have arrived no more would spawn and the airport would become lifeless again with no planes actively moving."
The small planes that do taxi only disappear because they reach the end of their path. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, since it adds to the life if they spawn again. If they didn't disappear, then the airport would be alive until everything reaches the end of its path, then it would all just stop again.
@Mischa yeah, the console versions had multiple Jets spawning parked and had plane takeoffs. the idea of this is to bring that element back and onto the enhanced version of the game.

I made them take off again since it would be pointless to make them stop, as after the first set have arrived no more would spawn and the airport would become lifeless again with no planes actively moving. I was able to create some taxiing and parking paths for the smaller jets, which you will come across eventually, since they don't exceed the distance of the taxiway collision.
The smaller planes are still there but again due to technical problems they aren't incredibly common. The spawn box for them is covered by the scenario group of the moving Jets, so that is always on a priority. You can still guarantee to see at least 3 of the smaller jets and I also added multiple smaller props in new places to accommodate the ones that may not spawn instantly. Please also note that I cannot 'fill' the airport entirely, as certain missions require use of gates, roads and hangars such as Legal Trouble.
In short, the airport in the enhanced version has been internally destroyed, this is nothing but an attempt to bring back some form of life similar to the previous gen console versions. Unless there is a major breakthrough in map editing, this is the best that I can manage from a technical standpoint at the moment.
@Kikkow
@sas994 this is news to me, what exactly happens to the plane?
@Kikkow ciao, gli aerei devono lasciare l'aeroporto perché non appariranno più se rimangono parcheggiati. Inoltre, solo la pista è solida da molto lontano, quindi il gioco non lascerebbe andare gli aerei altrove senza problemi
@Vales it should be, unless WOV uses the scenarios that this modification makes changes to. Even then, I guess it wouldn’t be an issue to replace them with this.

@gunziness Hi there! The game has a weird limit which I've been unable to remove that doesn't allow other Jets to spawn from a different scenario group if one is still in play. I removed the big planes from being parked because if they did show up, the game would not let the landing/takeoff planes spawn and would make the airport lifeless again.
This is also the reason that you didn't see them parked when you tried, the air traffic and the landing plane in the vanilla game are not in the same group as the ones parked, so they never show up. The game has 'boxes' where it marks an area that the player has to enter to spawn the relevant vehicle scenarios. In the vanilla game, the flying/moving planes have a box larger than the airport area. If you enter the airport area from the south-eastern corner, you will be able to get the parked Jets to spawn because the airport's 'box' is the first one you enter from that section, so it will load the parked Jets instead of the flying ones. Give it a try, but for now I am going to keep the small planes parked, because it's better to have them than nothing at all.
