Wait idiot me just read the pinned comment, I was using a different popular gameconfig, nevermind
My game consistently crashes as soon as the National Guard gets called in. I have better chases and some replace cop cars installed, but it seems to be specifically something the national guard spawns, which I didn't touch, that causes the crash
