This mod adds the cut cop outfit inside Michael's wardrobe. This isn't much of a mod, but just a proof of concept of adding new outfits that can be accessed in game without use of a trainer, through a system that Rockstar has set up for potential clothing DLC's that never came to be.
I also replaced the generic "Ronson" nametag with "De Santa", replaced the badge texture with higher quality version, reduced clipping a little bit on the badge and decals and remade the arm rank model since the original didn't fit the uniform.
Note: I duplicated the cop hat in the custom DLC because it wouldn't work otherwise due to hardcoded things in game scripts. You will also keep it when you take off the outfit unless you equip a mask, or another outfit to overwrite it.

1.Open the zip and then drag and drop the "spoutfit005" folder to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks.
2.Add spoutfit005 entry to dlclist.xml located in mods\update\update.rpf\common\data (Look at original lines for reference).
3.Access the outfit inside the wardrobe.

@AR Scorpion It's quite complicated, but it requires setting up a shop meta file and the outfit having OUTFIT_P*protagonistnumber*_DLC*idnumber* as it's text name

@KeatonQTX I'm not sure what you mean, the outfit should show up in the wardrobe as soon as you install the mod properly
@HeySlickThatsMe But I followed your tutorial to install it, but the kit didn't appear in the wardrobe. I also installed Trevor's TPI uniform and army uniform, but only the army uniform appeared in the wardrobe

@HeySlickThatsMe I just tried installing your Clown Outfit DLC and it appeared normally. I feel that as long as there are clothes in the original file, they will not appear in the wardrobe. This may be a bug I think.

@scorpex Try raising metadata store in gameconfig.xml, if that doesn't work then i can't really help, works fine on my game with all the DLC outfits i released
