I took a break and am still not ready to get back into this whole thing, but I'd imagine if you were to upload your personal version(if it's in a cogent, archiveable state) with a simple not that it's modified from the original, others could benefit from it - including myself, sin

Windows 8.1 user here. I installed and set it up - even installed Net 5(which is deprecated), and it crashed when I tried the final step of loading the mods.
Not sure if it's the OS I'm using - as the description said "Windows 10 or 11 (lower is not tested yet)", but if others would comment if they have any success with the same setup, we might be able to figure out what's necessary to get it running for older operating systems.

I had the same thought so I downloaded it to take a look at the files. I've only just started playing GTA V so I didn't know what to expect. It's so strange for there to be nothing apparently associated with vegetation, mainly just weather, then a skybox and a vehicles file.
Maybe if I get further into modding this engine, I'll figure out how to dissect mods and get what I want out of them and discard the rest. Maybe I'll look you up and see if you're still interested...

@Slade Deville When you mention add on cars from DLCs, do you mean ones that are available online but not in story mode?
