Hello guys, Im sorry I havent been updating this mod. The thing is that the "main version" of this mod is the one for RDR2 and I am working on that with other people. The GTA V version, I am working on alone. Since I dont have a lot of free time on my hands, my priority is on the RDR2 version (as there are other people involved). I surely wish to update this version to, since there are a lot of features missing, but I dont know when I will have the time. Just so you know :)

@SemKill Do you have any links for me? @KWolf96 You have to ask Bassdragon for that. I would think so, though.

@SemKill Did you maybe ture the ModEffectRange down? Maybe they are not affected by the mod.
Could you give me a link to which mod you are using, so I can reproduce the behavior?

@SemKill The three NPCs which behave normally, what do they do? Are they fleeing? Are they just standing around? Because I tried to reproduce the behavior you seem to be experiencing and started fistfights and shootouts in the streets, but all went well - NPCs either started ducking, running away or shooting back.

@SemKill Could you describe the problem a little more in depth, please? Does it only happen with fistfights or also gunfights? Do NPCs just stand there or what is happening exactly?

@SemKill @KH87 I already have it on my list, but I dont have that much time currently. I will definitely check the unresponsiveness. In the meantime can you try setting the panicking in combat chance to 0?

@SemKill The config changes with v1.1 and so do the parameters and values. If you copy the old ini, you are bound to have bugs.

@SemKill Are you sure it has to do with this mod? Because the mod doesnt change anything about the reaction behavior of bystanders, just about the ones fighting with the player.

@zkx741481546 And by the way, you can tweak the tripping behavior yourself in the ini (all the forces and speed thresholds).

@zkx741481546 If I would force a limping animation, that is all the NPCs would do. I would need a whole clipset of "injured animations" to make an NPC look like its injured and still exhibit all the random behaviors an NPC can pull off. I dont know about making them move slower - I'll take a look into it but cant promise anything (tried it with RDR2 for a while, but to no avail).
