@Dealien I am not sure what you mean by alignment of the player causing the issue, I tested it thoroughly in vanilla to ensure no other mod was interfering and they occurred every few mins (attacks on the home base, not rival attacks on the player which do occur after a few missions) and it's way to much and very annoying, there is no logical reason to have them occur this frequently.
But whatever man, if you want to lock config files behind a paywall then you do you, just pointing it out.
After getting a chance to play this mod more extensively I seriously cannot recommend it without the config file which is locked behind a paywall, base attacks happen every 2-3 mins real time and is annoying beyond words, the only reason I see for doing this is so users support the Patreon version to unlock the config file to turn this off or tone it down. Not cool dude.
Nice mod man well done, not sure about paywalling config files though, I mean sure have some extra features in your patreon by all means but a config seems a little much. Also is there anyway to disable it when not playing as Frank? Breaks immersion when gang attack etc happen and money being deducted from Mike and Trevor.
Not sure why some request the sounds be toned down, the louder the better, in fact I think some could be ever louder. Very nice sounds, great job.
Can't get this working properly, maybe another mod interfering (RWP and something else possibly) getting one shot from all guns and melee, also peds never get up from the first dying state, just lay there and wait to be killed. Sucks cause this seems like an awesome mod.
Is there like an optimal setup for this? It seems default settings don't do much, I can tell it working but seems rather tame.
Just realized you can rename the reshade dll to dsound.dll and it runs without compatibility mode, allowing both this mod and reshade to run fine (no good for ENB though)
So this doesn't work in compatibility mode which is needed for all ENB and Reshades. That sucks having to choose one or the other.
