for anyone who cant get the web swing to work, make sure that (if youre using menyoo) that "fly manual" or "fly auto" (or any flying mod/script probably) is turned off. in addition, you can try using gameconfig with the smallest number of peds and vehicles possible (to minimize framerate drops if you have a lot of mods like I do). I did both of these and it worked fine afterwards, no need to uninstall all of your mods.
