@Ace Vendetta That's because the files you replaced were the files that were responsible for spawning the vehicles in traffic
@TaTyPoT Have you installed the required ASI Loader and OpenIV.ASI files from OpenIV > Tools > ASI Manager? If you have and it still doesn't work, I'd recommend checking out a tutorial on Google on how to setup the game for modding to make sure that you've done everything correctly, searching for a topic from people who have had the same issue or by asking over on the GTA5-Mods forums or Discord server
@TaTyPoT Are you using the mods folder? Do other mods work fine? Have you tried installing any other vehicle packs that are installed via an .OIV file, such as the Dispatchworks pack? Are you using a trainer that is capable of showing add-on vehicles (Menyoo / Simple Trainer)?
@GavinTheHedgehog Have you tried opening that file with Winrar or some other file archiver program?
@CJ Tampir A template should be included in the standalone releases of the vehicles on this website. Just search for the specific vehicle you want the template for
@Scooby271 Try using a different gameconfig
@kittheeWR Replace the files that this pack modifies (mentioned in the description) with the original ones
@Poophead15 If you install IVPack first, then VWE, WoV and finally Dispatchworks it should work fine
@opizoid Increase the value of the "VehicleVarietyMultiplier" setting to a value between 1.1 and 2.0 in the settings.xml file in C:\Users\username\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V
@forzov3rwatch Disable the "police ignore player" option in the trainer that you're using
No, it's not but it should work fine-ish if you install VWE first and then WoV
@LukeAtherton111 Yes, you need to open the file and download the pack using one of the links
@razor12999 I'll look into it, thanks
