Cause i'm noticing no difference in fps (if any, smaller by 1, 2 or 3).

I have the following problems: if I change Vsync to 'On' or 'Off' it gives me 0 to 1 fps.
I cannot change Directx version.
I have transparent cars even with your special settings.
settings.xml doesn't change, even if I use read-only. If I check read-only, my custom settings will be ignored and the game will use default ones.
You have to rebuild the archive for it to work?
