Each option can be turned on or off in the .ini file, note that only some of them are enabled by default.
Current feature list:
- Make reflections reflect the world exactly as it appears, including high quality models and dynamic objects such as street lights, but not vehicles or peds (WIP)
- Extend the amount of modkit IDs for cars from 1024 to 32767
- Reduce the threshold velocity below which physics objects can "go to sleep" at, this means vehicles stop in a more realistic way and no longer freeze early
- Fix the crash when switching to a sniper rifle while aiming with your fists out in 2545
- Skip loading dlclist.xml, for people who don't care about DLC and just want fast loading times (up to 2x faster)
- Randomize the order in which carvariations entries are picked for each car spawn
- Remove the draw distance from static vehicle shadows
- Remove checks against manually stepping through & pausing threads
- Enable spawning of any object, including map objects

For the past year, I was wondering what caused my texture loss and flickering in my game for . Turns out either it's this mod by itself or conflicts with some other that I have. @Suzerain001 No. It crashes the game upon launch with the latest update, and ever since the Rockstar Launcher updated in April 2023 the August 2022 version just gets stuck in the loading screen because Social Club Failed To Initialize being an Error Code 16.

@DLPSR get gta resized, gives back 10 fps easy. Also, supposedly the mod "No More MK-Ultra Effects" highly improves fps according to the mod page, use these two and you might get those fps back.

@DLPSR also forgot to mention "Lag & Graphics not loading fix + FPS and stability increase" supposedly all three of these mods will increase performance without making it look any worse.

@DLPSR ignore the mk ultra effects mod, this one disables even more stuff for more fps https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/timecycle and the lag and graphics not loading fix has some scary comments saying it breaks everything, hasn't been updated in a long time, use with caution.

final suggestion, this one claims to help boot fps without looking worse, by "balance of farclip and lods(and many others things, i rewrite all timecycles),". I notice that when I use this mod, GTAV never properly closes. The window will close but the program will still be running in task manager and have to be ended from there.
