Description:
The Property Manager Mod is a GTA 5 modification enhancing the property management experience. Features include:
Valet Service: A dedicated valet service for parking and cleaning vehicles.
Security Team: Security personnel saluting your character.
Functional Showers: Showers for cleansing characters and removing bloodstains.
Helipad Management: Manage helicopters on helipads for smooth operations.
Convenient Teleportation: Teleport between mansions based on transportation mode.
Elevator Functionality: Seamless travel between floors in equipped mansions.
Wardrobe Functionality: Change and save outfits within property wardrobes.

Installation:
- Clean GTA 5 installation on PC.
- Download the mod files.

me: Hey Armarni, have you heard of this mod called "property manager" a dude made it for some of the popular house MLO's. It has some cool features where you pay bills for staff for your house, ongoing expenses for security, house staff etc, it's pretty cool & realistic. Would be nice to have something similar in 5real for your mlo's. It would add a cool layer of realism.

@houaryou I use Character Swapper and even when i switch back to a main character profile the cars do not show up. When they are there before the swap. It could be something with that. I'm on a patreon version now and it's still the same. Great mod thou.

@opa 02 No, first be sure the problem is coming from the mod not from your install... what i can assure you is that the 1.8 is tested and working with both old and new version, but i am pretty sure this one should be working too but i didn't tested it yet... if i was you and i am not interested in the latest version of this mod, neither the other mod carwizard (that i created), i would try to be sure 100% that the problem is coming from this version, not my install, then i would wait for a fix from me... if i can fix it easly i will do it..

@houaryou Is there a way to hide the UI at the top left which shows you all the prompts for your options to sit down and smoke, etc.. All of the whiskey options are currently just flashing constantly on my screen, super annoying. I know the keybinds for the ones i do use, and where to stand to activate the UI so Id rather just get rid of the whole "keybind reminder" UI

I couldn't help but notice your fine skills with the bodyguard mod I see you're producing, so maybe a great challenge would be a floating carrier with animations & stuff. Would definitely patreon you for this.
