Car Beam Control is a lua script made for the xbox controller only
and the controllers based on the xbox like razer blade saborbooth.
Have you ever wanted to strobe your car head lights just like in real life ?
with the high beams coming up only when a button is held ?
now you can with this lua script.
features:
1.generic cinematic camera is disable [red B button] and replaced with the high beam control.
2.lights are always on, whether it's day or night, with high beams enabled even at day time.
3. high beams functionality with the [arrow right pad] is still functional, but lights cannot be turned off.
4. [red B button] is to be held and not an on off switch
5. added some features with the [green A button + red B button] to fix the car and clean it, set the car to the maximum parts as [turbo,limo window tint,black and yellow plate with the text "2SW33T4U",xenon headlight,max engine, max brakes, max transmission and max armor]
6. hitting the break button [LT] or the handbrake button [RB] will turn on the hazard lights as long as they are held.
7. on the keyboard Page UP and Page Down, will roll up or roll down the couple front windows.
thats about all for now.
if u use keyboard plz comment with specific keys so i can mod the script to work with the keyboard.
the plate text and shape are easily modifiable, if u don't know how, just ask with the plate shape and text and ill reply with a modified script.
also this is my first script to be released so be nice :)
im looking forward to update the script as soon as someone finds a bug.

@speeddemon does the roof stay up after pressing A ? or just the flicker r u talking about ?
I like this mod but there is one bug, caused by feature 5.
When you're driving in a convertible with the roof down and press A (on xbox controller) you see the roof flickering when the car is being repaired.
Can you change the button from A to R1 on the controller ?
That would be a lot better.
it just flickers, but it's annoying as I use the handbrake a lot to drift, so it keeps flickering all the time.
@speeddemon the flicker is caused by the fixing the vehicle to be exact, how is drifting with the RB button affecting the flicker ?
Actually I can't , when I press RB the character ducks in the car.
You can switch the A and RB but then the roof still flickers.
Handbrake only works if I use the A button
@speeddemon ill just remap the other features to be executed with the A+B only ..
Alright, that will fix it I hope.
Everything else is working good but it's annoying to see the roof flickering when I'm drifting while using the handbrake.

Actually it would be kind of cool if you can make a mod to change your wheels(random) when pressing a button.
@speeddemon ill be on that tomorrow after college, it's just i'm confused at what keys it should be on the controller ? not many free keys. i had to disable the cinematic cam to free a key, sadly couldn't disable ducking in vehicle .. :(

make this mod without the car beam control or be able to turn of the lights, i can't see my brake lights now when driving in the sun.

@Houri.S , is it possible to make this mod only as asi instead of lua? My game having toruble with lua scripts generally. If converting all features would be difficult or not possible, only rolling down front windows and setting the high beam lights always on at day time would suffice for me. Thank you so much:3
