Victor Vance, the most righteous protagonist of the GTA Series, the man responsible for killing the Mendez brothers and Sargent Jerry Martinez has recently come back from the dead and moved to LS just for the heck of it

Installation:
1- Navigate to Mods> x64v.rpf> models> cdimages> streamedpeds_mp.rpf> (You can rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace BUT it is recommended that you replace "mp_m_shopkeep_01" to get the watch to work, OR just take the easy way out and use Addon peds)
2- Delete all of the old files and add the new files.
For ymt and yft's:
1- Navigate to Mods> x64v.rpf> models> cdimages> streamedpeds_mp.rpf and replace the files (You can rename the files to whatever ped you want to replace)
