how do you convert skins form GTA SA to GTA V when i try export the YDD file in zmodeler 3 its always bigger then the Regional file i dont know how to make it the same size has the Regional file

Has anyone noticed that the bullet shield can hold rockets but unable to fire them back? I think my bullet shield is bugged.
