Model is based off of models supplied by AeonRog. Custom meshes and skins were added to support different variants.
Installation:
1. Open GTA V directory in OpenIV
2. Navigate to x64v.rpf/models/cdimages/componentpeds_a_f_y.rpf
3. Replace a_f_y_beach_01 files.
4. Alternatively, replace any ambient ped. These may be located anywhere in:

Can this mod replace for any women npcs ? Like amanda or tracey? Not cutscene but in game,?
@Uknown15 Ingame mbient models should all be replaceable... you might notice some issues with high-heeled peds however.
Certain non-ambient models such as stripper are probably a no-go, don't know about tracey/amanda/etc
