Great work but it gets wet in the daylight.
Recommend you to set the vertex alpha to 255,0,0 and it will fix it

How do I install this file?

You need add-on ped if you want it as a new ped for the game.
You can also replace an existing non-streamed ped, renaming the files to ig_barry for ex.
Then you change your skin, using native trainer or menyoo to select that ped you replaced
