you need to do this simple steps : 1- Download skin control mod from here:

2- Watch this tutorial to know how to use skin control mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPcGHtF83I4
3- Install my skin according to the instruction below :
* Open the "Ghost mw2.ini" with NotePad
*Copy the lines
*Open your "Skin Control.ini" from the GTA V main folder
*Paste the lines in "Skin Control.ini''

@Sesiz I REALLY wanted to do this, but to be honest I don't know how to make an add-on skin.

@Sesiz If you mean Tommy Vercetti skin, the both Add-on & Replace version of it is available on the 5MODS site.

@R4VEN__ This skin needs some file modification which will cause ban if being used on FiveM so it's not possible to make a FiveM compatible version of it. Sorry about that!
