All of them are digitally remastered and formatted for GTA 5. Note that some plates will require you to skip the first, or first two letters to format it properly.
Install it at x64e/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/vehshare.ytd and rename the plates to the ones you want to replace with. Normal map is compatible with all plates, so replace that too
List of plates:
-Underground
-Underground2
-Most Wanted
-Carbon
-Pro Street
-Undercover
-World
-Hot Pursuit
-The Run

@EddieLTU Alright, thanks man :). There this author who has a mod package with a lot of add-on plates. I've contacted him to see if he can turn your plates into add-ons and add it into his package as long as he gives you credit for the original models. @EddieLTU Also, can the numbers and letters be changed on the plates? Like it can be randomized and display other messages/things apart from the ones shown in the images?
@EddieLTU I forgot to tell you that the author of that package will make these plates into add-ons and send them to you. At the moment, I'm not sure when they'll be ready.
Is there a way to raise the text on the plates at all?
