Daarna sleep je de skin (.ytd bestand) in je OpenIV over die van Topmods heen.

Ambulance Helicopter
This upload contains the Lifeliner 2 and the Lifeliner 4 (PH-MAA en PH-MMT).
Lifeliner 4 stands on the border between the Netherlands and Germany, that's why there is an ADAC logo on it, no striping like on the regular Dutch ambulance helicopters and on the tail of the helicopter you can see the European flag.
Installation
First install the Eurocopter EC-135 from Topmods.de: Click here.
After that, drag the skin (.ytd file) into your OpenIV over the one from Topmods.
Have fun!
