this mod makes the countryside sheriffs to spawn in los santos and spawn lspd police in countryside and also and and option to have female cops to spawn.
installation
start open iv and go to update>update.rpf>common>data and drop the male or female version of the dispatch. please note that you cant have male and female versions of dispatch at the same time. swap with the one you havent tried and go back in the game.
