A small mod that changes the ordinary unarmored soldiers in crusaders with the vanilla armored ones(you can use any mod that changes "smy marine 03" to use that model).You will still see some unarmored soldiers here and there but those coming with the crusaders will be properly armored to respond to the threat, it adds a tiny bit of realism.Also i cant believe that no one has ever thought about that.
Note:This mod doesnt add the army at 5th star or something, it only gives armor to the soldiers that attack you with the jeeps IN Fort Zancudo and around it
HOW TO INSTALL:use OpenIV and put dispatch.meta in Mods/update/update.rpf/common/data
you can freely make videos with the mod but always leave a link in the description of the video and optionally some credits would be nice

Finally a vanilla dispatch.meta mod that just fixes this issue.
I hated that soldiers we're unarmored but regular cops are wearing kevlar vests. R* logic

@so_funny_m8 Can you also update this but add S_M_Y_Swat_01 to spawn in police cars in wanted level 3? If it doesn't work, just copy S_M_Y_Swat_01 models in x64e and also create a peds.meta for it (copy the data in some existing peds.meta, but write for example S_M_Y_Swat_02.) Then you can have the same ped but with different AI.
You can of course put the models in mpheist, mpgunrunning or anyother prexisting dlcpack to make it easier.
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 i can make noose(swat) show up at 1,2,3 stars together with 4 and 5, or put marines only xD

Also, a merryweather only is good, but the weird thing is, merryweather flee if they see a cop, and if we change the Pedtype of merryweather to COP then they get only pistols...
strange, maybe pedtype ARMY works?
@Ilikeeditingpolice01 if i make it merryweather only then they wont see cops cause the sheriffs will be merryweather noose will be merryweather, police pilots will be merryweather highway patrol will be merryweather and the lspd itself will be merryweather, aside from the cops at the station

Also, can you make Merryweather engage cops too?

Wait, maybe if you edit the PRIVATE_SECURITY line in relationships.dat (which is located in common.rpf > data, we can maybe have Merryweather engage Cops, Gangs but leave the NOOSE Teams and Soldiers alone?
