For FiveM installation, copy and paste the .rpf file(s) into `FiveM\FiveM.app\mods`.

@ehtishamahmed3690 Hello, to remove glowing palms from your game, you will need to replace the v_palms.rpf file from any type of vegetation mod.

Cool mod but the fog/light emission from the trees ruins it for me. It only looks good at night in overcast weather for me because there is no foggy effect everywhere. Any idea what do I need to change in timecycle files to make it look good in all weather types?

this broke the lights for https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/enhance-streetlights-overhaul do not get it if you want it to be ruined :(
now most of the lights are default
