This mod removes the low lod day ghost cars that are meant to bring the track to life in the far field of view. why during the day? Installation:
Just put the file from the RAR in
mods/x64c.rpf/levels/gta5/props/lev_des/v_minigame.rpf
Don't forget to backup the original file!
