A VERY basic Mods folder creator.

To install:

• Drag and Drop into OpenIV or Double click the .OIV to get the installation prompt.

Requirements:
Must HAVE OpenIV.asi

Creates:
MODS/update/update.rpf/common/data
MODS/update/x64/dlcpacks

After installation is successful, just delete the files that are named DELETEME. Or not.
