This is a medium sized island located in the pacific ocean, west of Los Santos. It has palms, beaches and a little compound on top of the mountain.
NOTES:
Some parts of the sand and beaches are still a bit leaky, hopefully i can find props that fit and fix that.

INSTALLATION:
Extract the file and copy the Pacific Island.xml file into : menyooStuff\Spooner which should be located in your GTA V main folder. Ingame open Menyoo and go to Object Spooner > Manage Saved Files then click on Pacific Island xml and choose Load Placements.
BUGS:
The Palms flicker and disappear and reappear occasionally when they are at the screen corners.

Man it looks cool but it wont load everything :( just the trees and part of solid terrain but thats all
@MrDave98 when you say part of the terrain what are you talking about ? did you see at least one object like sand, grass or rock ?
i didnt see any sand ,neither rocks , just the part where you sleep and you have the computer is ok but the rest is just trees. i will try to show it to you in a picture

@MrDave98 if you well instaled my mod you've just to reload your model file in meyoo settings then it will be fine ;)
@ShenLongKazama good, although having some waterfalls there wouldn't have been such a bad idea too ;)

@kubix1006 what thesen't work ? may you could give detail to get help, like these it crash, are the prop invalid etc ?
Well, only the compound and the palm trees load (not ANYTHING else, even rocks!)
@kubix1006 that mean you didn't installed Custom Addonprops or not correctly
