A modern "farmhouse" situated in the peaceful town of Grapeseed.
The Menyoo version works fantastic. The YMAP has a couple items missing such as bedside tables and a sofa in the lounge. If you would like to fix that, great!
I added some trees around the Northern part of Grapeseed and some flowers, streetlights and vehicles in the small town.
Installation:
XML: menyoostuff>spooner>paste here
YMAP: dlcpacks>custom_maps>custom_maps.rpf>paste here
