It is a redesign of the 247 shop.
I would like to share with you a map that I have been working on recently and made during the trials.

Single Player
Copy this folder into "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks"
Then add the following link to the bottom of your dlclist.xml which is located at "mods/update.rpf/common/data"
dlcpacks:/qua_247/

FiveM
Copy this folder into your servers resources folder and add "start qua_247" to your server.cfg and that's all you need to do.

It's only available in 1 place for now, I'm planning different designs for different places in the future
I like the choice of interior. It sort of gives a rural Pacific Northwest or Dixieland vibe to it.
A shame that their are hardly any places like that beyond Paleto Bay in GTA V and the map mods for it.
Would have been more appropriate for the convenience store in Paleto Bay if I'm honest, otherwise banger idea

after adding this mod, you cannot enter this store (the door is blocked / the barrier is not visible)
great mod will add this to my modded 90s version of the game like the old school look.
