One of the guys was tired of the citylife and felt like building something never seen before in Los Santos.
A huge Villa to relax on a small island with a stunning scenery was the result.
Details:
-Huge Living Room with 360° view
-Kitchen
-Masterbedroom upstairs
-Bathroom
-BBQ and Bar Area
-Outdoor Swimmingpool
-Big Garden area
-Privat Beach
-Cliff Diving Spot
-Yacht
-Helicopterpad on top of the Garage-entry
-Indoor Swimmingpool (you can swim under the Cars )
-Underground Garage for 17 Cars
-Outdoor Area for 30+ Cars
-Vault Room for Billions of Dollars and all your Gold
-Road into a tunnel(from there you will be teleported to the access point in the city)(see Screenshots for Location)
If someone has problems loading the map I can upload a smaller version without the roads or underground areas.
Known Bugs:
-You can´t swim in the outdoor pool. I don´t know why. If someone could help, it would be really great.
Update:
- There will be an update when I figured out what to do with all the space left . As for now there are some areas that feel empty in my opinion. Hope you like it anyways (Ideas are welcome so I can try to realize them)
- Maybe there will be a Party Version.
- Maybe some Yacht improvements. Its beautiful from far away but its ugly when you are on it
- If I figure out how to make the garage for SPG(Single Player Garage) I will add support for it

Installation:
PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY !
To avoid bugs, please delete your InvalidObjects.ini (if you got it) in your GTAV/scripts folder
and be sure to use Menyoo. I have never tried it with Map Editor so please consider using Menyoo to avoid bugs or other unwanted
behaviour.
If you don't have mods folder, just create it and put the original common.rpf locate in GT5 main folder in your mods folder
Download and install ScriptHook V, ScriptHook V .NET and OpenIV
-Install Map Builder by OmegaKingMods.
-Install Menyoo
-Install Map Editor
-In OpenIV activate edit mode, Navigate to "mods/common.rpf/data/level/gta5"
and replace "water.xml" with the one included in my archive.
-Install the LAST Map Editor by Guadmaz
-Copy SeaVillaFullCars.xml or SeaVillaFullNoCars.xml of my archive to GTAV/menyooStuff/Spooner.
Now launch GTAV, press F8 to open Menyoo, select "ObjectSpooner", "SavedFiles", and load the SeaVilla Xml File.
(You will be teleported to the House)

I just edited the WaterQuads to fill my Outdoor Pool.
Maybe you also need a good gameconfig for the map to work perfectly. (So far no problems on my side. I hope the same for you)
Since everyone likes other cars there is a simple way to add yours to my Mapmod.
(if you already loaded the Map without cars!!)
-Open Menyoo -> F8
-Go to ObjectSpooner and press F9
-Spawn Object -> Vehicle ->add your vehicles where you want them.
Attention: do not use the left mousebutton when moving cars around ->it can happen that you destroy the House because you grab the wrong object.
- Go to saved Files -> override Placements in File
-Done ;)

Love what you've done with garden area and car park. Really great design. The house itself could do with a few more details, maybe add another bedroom or something. But considering this is your first mod its pretty damn impressive. Hope to see more houses, great work!

I need help. not all the objects are loading properly. I put the object list and prop list both in directory and scripts folder but parts of the house is still missing. am I doing something wrong?
@gareth24111987 Never had to deal with such problems. Do you have all updates installed and the newest versions of map editor /mapbuilder and menyoo?
@emme10 yea its all updated but still only part loads, like am missing prop files but this shouldn't be the case. I cannot make sense of it.

have you got an email I can use? perhaps I can take screenshots. Mainly the floor and walls not loading. I am going to try deleting my scripts folder and try again, maybe an old mod is causing problems. It's a long but I reckon if I back everything up and replace each file one by one maybe I can isolate the issue.

My floor is missing what to do ?
@pabloescobar129 @Subham Naik @Latics Floor is probably missing because it was build using an older version of mapbuilder and at some point the dev of it removed a lot of properties that were used for it. I don´t plan on updating soon because I have no time atm.
