This mod updates all three houses that CJ, Ryder, and Sweet would own if they were in GTA V. Various edits have been made to the outside of each house to make it feel more aesthetic and make it stand out from the rest of Grove Street.
Installation
For this download you'll need Menyoo and Script Hook
Menyoo: https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
Script Hook: http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
When downloaded place both in your GTA V directory
Simply download the file folder, extract it, and drag its contents into your GTA directory under menyoo stuff > Spooner
After that, load up the game, open menyoo spooner, press F to open its menu, then go to Manage Saved Files, clicked the one that says Grove Street Remastered, then click load placements.

Great mod but is there a way too keep it on without having to load up everytime?
And is there a way to enter cjs' house or is that an aesthetic only?
