Hi, this mod clears sandy shores of garbage, the glands cleans the beach and all the sandy shores. Fashion will have many versions! Also the mod clears Trevor's garage and its territory as well as all other territories in the sandy shores! I tried to clean and make the replacement of items in order to betray this place a new look and make it more beautiful that he does not rot further in tons of garbage!
I removed 482 garbage and that kind!
I did not add anything except cleaned the cacti and replaced them with more live plants!
I think you'll like it!
Do not judge strictly since the mod is only on the initial version!

Install:
1. Install ScriptHookV https://ru.gta5-mods.com/tools/script-hook-v or another favorite trainer.
2. Download and install Visual C ++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015 x64, x86, Visual C ++, distributed to Visual Studio 2013 x64, x86.
3. Install the latest version of ScriptHookVDotNet, read the requirements !.
4. Download the latest version of the Native here https://gtaforums.com/topic/809284-net-nativeui/.
5. Move the entire .rar content to your gta 5 directory.
6.Set the Map Editor https://ru.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor.
7. Go to GTA 5.
8. Click the F7 button, go to "download" and find my .xml file.

how did you convert to ymap. i am currently trying to convert a map editor file I created but it won't convert correctly.If you could possibly help, that would be great.

Does this work with FiveM ? Ive tried installing it twice and nothing changes. If Possible could someone send my the working .ymap file not the .ymap.xml that comes with.

@Pro Gaming I have already tried this method. I don't think it works for me because i technically didn't add anything. All I did was remove objects. I'm not sure if that is what is affecting it.
you should try to do this with the whole map. i know that would be a lot of work
@Gaming_With_Dj I am getting 95 to 100 FPS during night time. After adding this, it went down to 30FPS.
